Buying a puppy from us is simple, transparent, and without surprises. Here's the step-by-step process:

Reserve your puppy

Once you've chosen your puppy, we'll finalize the reservation. We'll send you updated photos and videos so you can follow its development from day one and start building that special bond.

Preparation and documentation

When the puppy reaches the appropriate age for moving to a new home, it is delivered with up-to-date vaccinations, deworming, identification chip, veterinary booklet and all the documentation required by current regulations.

Delivery in Granada or throughout Spain

You can pick up the puppy at our kennel in Padul, or we can arrange for safe delivery anywhere in Spain. We ensure the transport is as stress-free as possible for the animal.

Yes. We sell puppies throughout Spain. We manage the transport safely and keep you informed every step of the way. The entire process—selection, reservation, follow-up—is done remotely with photos, videos, and video calls if you wish. Many of the families who have trusted us had never visited the kennel in person.

All our puppies come with: an official veterinary record book, up-to-date vaccinations according to their age, internal and external deworming, an identification microchip, and a sales contract. If the breed allows, we also include a pedigree or registration documentation from the studbook. We operate under Zoological Registration Number GR105.

Never before 8 weeks of age, which is the legal minimum and the minimum we consider ethical. Depending on the breed and the individual development of each puppy, we can wait until 10-12 weeks if we believe it is beneficial for the animal. The puppy's well-being always takes precedence over delivery dates.
